We are fully committed to customer satisfaction. If the product is not right for you, you can return it for free within 30 days of the delivery date, no questions asked.

Return a Product Within the Guaranty Time


Select My Account and sign in with your username and password. Once under My Account select the option Orders and the order you would like to be refunded. On the bottom of the page, select Refund my order and write a description. Once we receive the request, we will send you a pre-paid USPS shipping label for you to send the product back to us. As soon as we receive the product, we will automatically refund your order to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.


After the Guaranty Period

After the 30-day period, only products with manufacture defects are eligible for return or exchange.

You can choose if you would like to get reimbursed or receive a new one. Your choice!


If you would like to get a reimbursement for your purchase, please follow the Return Procedure.  Once we receive the product we will inspect it and approve or reject the request upon the causes of the problem. If the product has any manufacture defect, the order will be approve immediately. If the cause of the problem is a result of a burnt or broken product because of not following the instructions or appropriate use, the request won’t be approved.


If you would like to get an exchange of a defective product, please follow the Return Procedure and let us know about your option. We will send you a pre-paid USPS shipping label and once we receive the product we will send the replacement.


Cancel an Order

If you are a registered customer, you can review your orders under the My Account tab.

  • Order status “Created”: you can cancel your order by clicking on the Cancel button and we will immediately refund your payment.
  • Order status “Processing”: contact us at customer@zorellelife.com as soon as possible.
  • Order status “Completed”: this means that your order has already been shipped, so please follow the instructions to Return a Product.
